Chocolate. There is nothing I love more than the taste of warm melted chocolate; well, perhaps the taste of fresh hops from a juicy IPA on a hot summer day. I will admit to a little chocolate and beer indulgence almost each and every day of the week. There are delicious concoctions being baked, whipped, brewed, drank and devoured all over the world.
I am very pleased to announce a FANTASTIC, rare event in collaboration with a local, organic, hand-made, all women owned gourmet chocolate truffle company, Sôcôla Chocolates and one of America’s first 50 microbreweries, Rogue Ales. A Gourmet Chocolate Truffle and Rogue beer pairing at Rogue Ales in North Beach.
